Added on: July 24, 2025
Search

The following activities can be taught to your students to help them prepare their brains to learn and have fun at school. Deep pressure and working the big muscles of the body help to get students ready to participate in school activities by regulating the sensory system and providing oxygen to support brain development. These are quick and easy to complete in the classroom and will benefit all students in different ways. Think of various ways to make these movements fun and engaging, such as setting them to music, playing copycat games or other innovative approaches.
