Parent & Tot Movement and Strength

A supportive, uplifting movement class created especially for families navigating extra challenges—with strength and conditioning designed for all fitness levels.

Join Andrea Page, founder of FITMOM and a long-time advocate for family wellness, for a parent-and-tot experience that blends playful movement for your child with functional, accessible strength training for you. With over two decades of experience supporting families facing stress, developmental concerns, and unique caregiving demands, Andrea brings a compassionate, trauma-informed approach that meets every parent and child exactly where they are.
This class integrates gentle strength and conditioning, sensory play, and bonding activities that support early development while giving caregivers a safe, understanding space to breathe, move, and connect. All exercises are thoughtfully adapted so every parent—whether brand new to fitness or experienced—feels successful, strong, and supported.

In this class, you can expect:

  • Strength & conditioning tailored to all fitness levels for adults
  • Simple, playful movement and sensory activities for tots
  • Developmentally supportive parent–child interaction
  • A warm, judgment-free environment for families under stress or facing challenges
  • Expert guidance informed by Andrea’s deep experience with diverse families
  • Opportunities to build both physical and emotional resilience together

This class is open to all parents and caregivers—whether you’re rebuilding strength, seeking connection, or simply looking for a fun, supportive place to move with your toddler.

Come move, play, build strength, and feel supported every step of the way.

Please Note: This class is designed for both caregivers and their child, but you are more than welcome to come solo as well. Centre staff and volunteers will be present to support participation and keep children engaged while building family wellness. Niagara Children’s Centre will cover the cost.
