This 4-week group will invite you to learn ways to drop the struggle with difficult thoughts and emotions, enhance the connection to what you find meaningful, and develop practical mindfulness skills.
Dates:
Week One – Thursday, September 26th from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m.
Topic: What is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy?
Week Two – Thursday, October 3rd from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m.
Topic: Values and Goal Setting
Week Three – Thursday, October 10th from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m.
Topic: Self-Compassion
Week Four – Thursday, October 24th from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m.
Topic: Mindfulness
All sessions are hosted in person at our St. Catharines location.
