Diwali

Diwali is the Hindu festival of lights, with variations celebrated in other Indian religions. It symbolizes the spiritual "victory of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance."

In the year 2025, Diwali falls on Monday, October 20. This date is determined by the Hindu lunisolar calendar, falling in the months of Ashvin and Kartika, which is usually around mid-September to mid-November in the Gregorian calendar.
