The calendar provides opportunities for learning, reflection, recognition and celebration, while helping us better understand and appreciate the diverse experiences, identities and perspectives within our community. It is curated by our EDIA Committee as a resource to support meaningful engagement throughout the year.

Orthodox New Year
Orthodox New Year, celebrated on January 14, marks the beginning of the new year according to the Julian calendar. Traditions include attending church services, sharing festive meals, and celebrating with family and friends.
