Meet us at the Niagara Children’s Centre once a month this winter for a gentle 30-minute walk at the Glenridge Quarry Naturalization Site. Bundle up as we embrace the outdoor elements. Walking outside allows us to connect with nature and will assist us in feeling grounded, calm and centered. This group will also give you the social opportunity to make connections with other Centre Parents and Caregivers. Strollers and wheelchairs welcome. After our walk, we will have cozy, warm beverages and treats available inside to continue our talk and visit together.
