SPICES of Self-Care
Enjoy a morning of self-care to connect with other parents/caregivers over treats and coffee/tea. We will learn about six basic self-care needs called SPICES: Social, Physical, Intellectual, Creative, Emotional and Spiritual. Each of these areas is key to your resiliency and adapting to unexpected challenges. We will create a self-care kit and explore what self-care means for each of you.
