Summer Fun Camp (Week 1)
Niagara Children’s Centre, in partnership with the District School Board of Niagara (DSBN), is proud to offer a Summer Fun Camp as part of a pilot project to provide children with physical disabilities the opportunity to enjoy a fun and inclusive camp experience.
This camp is designed specifically to support children and youth who require assistance with mobility, personal care, or feeding—ensuring that every child has the chance to participate fully.
Who Can Attend?
This camp is for children and youth:
- Aged 4–18
- Living with significant physical disabilities and multiple exceptionalities
- Currently supported by Niagara Children’s Centre
Camp Activities
Each day will feature themed fun and engaging experiences:
- Crafts
- Indoor & Outdoor Games
- Songs & Stories
- Pool Time
- Inclusive Outdoor Play
Please Note:
- Campers must not have significant behavioral or safety concerns that interfere with participation.
- At this time, we are unable to accommodate campers who require full-time nursing for tracheostomies or ventilators.
- There may be times when parents will be required to administer medication/G tubes in the event of staffing absence.
When: August 11 to 15 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day
Cost: $50/week*
*Financial assistance available upon request.
