Self-Care Walk & Talk

Hosted by the Centre Social Workers

Our group will provide you with the mental, emotional and physical benefits of walking plus the social opportunity to make connections with other Centre Parents and Caregivers. Meet us at the Children’s Centre for a gentle 30-minute walk. We will meet together at the accessible Glenridge Quarry Naturalization Site. Strollers and wheelchairs are welcome. After our walk, join us inside for a warm beverage and visit together.
