Self-Care Walk & Talk - Happy Rolph's

Our group will provide you with the mental, emotional and physical benefits of walking plus the social opportunity to make connections with other Centre Parents and Caregivers. Join us for a gentle 30-minute walk together through Happy Rolph's, a cozy park with an animal viewing area, playground & picnic pavilion, plus trails, ponds & waterfowl. Dress for the weather! Strollers and wheelchairs are welcome.
