Our group will provide you with the mental, emotional and physical benefits of walking plus the social opportunity to make connections with other Centre Parents and Caregivers. Join us at the Niagara Children’s Centre for a gentle 30-minute Walk and Talk Group. Dress for the weather! Strollers and wheelchairs are welcome. After our walk, join us inside for a coffee and visit.

In September and October, we will walk together at the accessible Glenridge Quarry Naturalization Site. New this season, in November and December, we will meet at the Canada Games Park (2021 Canada Games Way, Thorold) next to Brock University.
