Self-Care Walk & Talk

Our group will provide you with the mental, emotional and physical benefits of walking plus the social opportunity to make connections with other Centre Parents and Caregivers.

Join us at Niagara Children’s Centre for a gentle 30-minute Walk and Talk Group followed by coffee. We will walk behind the Children’s Centre at the accessible Glenridge Quarry Naturalization Site or the accessible Brock University grounds. Dress for the weather to embrace the Canadian Winter!
