We offer a full catalogue of FREE events for children, youth, and their families to receive information, education, support as well as opportunities to connect with others with shared experiences. We also offer opportunities for children and youth to engage in inclusive, accessible recreation activities and skill development in group settings.

TRY IT: Volt Hockey
Whether you’d like to participate again or try for the first time, children, youth and their families are encouraged to join us at Niagara Children’s Centre for this exciting adaptive sport.
Designed with physical disabilities in mind, participants can try the chairs that are controlled by a joystick as they test out the chairs, practice their shots and learn some new skills! No hockey experience is required.
Recommended for ages: 6+
Best suit for: Participants who can safely operate a go-kart style vehicle, attempt to avoid obstacles (operation training will be provided) and understand the rules of the game. Afterward, you may be interested in joining our eight-week session to learn and understand the game as a team!
