We offer a full catalogue of FREE events for children, youth, and their families to receive information, education, support, as well as opportunities to connect with others with shared experiences. We also offer opportunities for children and youth to engage in inclusive, accessible recreation activities and skill development in group settings.

Superhero Run
The Superhero Run is coming to Niagara Falls!
Heartland Forest Nature Experience will host our favourite fall fundraiser on Saturday, Oct. 3. Grab your capes and assemble your family, friends, and coworkers for a fun-filled morning as you run, walk, or roll along the beautiful, fully accessible trails.
Participants can choose between the Family Activity Course or a Fun Run of up to 5K, with both designed to be inclusive so everyone can take part. Your support helps make a difference for children and youth receiving services at Niagara Children's Centre.
