We offer a full catalogue of FREE events for children, youth, and their families to receive information, education, support, as well as opportunities to connect with others with shared experiences. We also offer opportunities for children and youth to engage in inclusive, accessible recreation activities and skill development in group settings.

Pool Pack
A teen swim program that blends cooperative play, social connection, and friendly competition in a fun, welcoming pool environment. Participants take part in structured water games, team challenges, and skill-based activities that encourage teamwork, communication, and positive peer interaction.
Please note: The recommended age range is 14-18, but if you think this sounds like a good fit for your child, please don’t hesitate to reach out to
rec@niagarachildrenscentre.com. Participants must not require 1-1 support for behavioral needs. Participants who need help with toileting or changing before and after the session must have a caregiver on-site. An aquatics form will be sent to all participants registered and must be completed prior to attending the session.
