Managing Stress (Virtual)

How Childhood Stress Impacts Behaviour and What You Can Do

In this one-hour caregiver workshop, we’ll combine Dr. Shanker’s Five Domains of Stress with Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to explore how stress shapes behaviour and share practical strategies to reduce stress for both children and caregivers.
