Self-Care 101 at the Park!
Come for a morning of self-care and fun to connect with other parents and caregivers over some treats and a coffee. We will create a self-care kit and explore what self-care means for you while having time to explore the Rotary Park in Beamsville. This is a drop-in event, so come, with or without your child(ren), at a time that best suits your schedule. Please note that this event will be weather-dependent and will be canceled if it is raining.
