We offer a full catalogue of FREE events for children, youth, and their families to receive information, education, support, as well as opportunities to connect with others with shared experiences. We also offer opportunities for children and youth to engage in inclusive, accessible recreation activities and skill development in group settings.

Everybody Can Boogie: Freestyle Dance
Come join Melissa and Emma as they lead boogie freestyle dance! A 45-minute inclusive dance session is suitable for all ability levels. Come move your body and boogie to the music! Parents and Caregivers must stay in the program space and are welcome to participate!
Suggested Ages: 6+ (If you think this sounds like a good fit for your child and they are outside the suggested age, please do not hesitate to reach out)
Best Suited For: Participants who have the ability to follow some direction and participate in a small group (under 10 participants).
