We offer a full catalogue of FREE events for children, youth, and their families to receive information, education, support, as well as opportunities to connect with others with shared experiences. We also offer opportunities for children and youth to engage in inclusive, accessible recreation activities and skill development in group settings.

Group-topia: Swimming
A social-based youth group for participants to engage in a social environment and participate in new or favourite activities changing each week. Sign up for one or more sessions!
Suggested Ages: 12-18 (If you think this sounds like a good fit for your child and they are outside the suggested age, please email our Recreation Therapist to discuss).
Best Suited For: Participants who have the ability to follow simple instructions and understand the goal of the activities.
Individuals over the age of 14, who are equal to or greater than 58 inches, demonstrate safe pool behaviours and have the capacity to follow directions in emergency situations do not require a parent/caregiver in the pool area. All other swimmers aged 12-18 will require a support person either in the water or in the pool area dependent on height, swimming ability and safety behaviours.
