Your connection to the Centre extends beyond your child’s visits with their therapists. We offer a full catalogue of FREE events for children, youth, and their families to receive information, education, support, as well as opportunities to connect with others with shared experiences. We also offer opportunities for children and youth to engage in inclusive, accessible recreation activities and skill development in group settings.

Summer Recess: Yoga & Mindfulness
A movement-based group where participants will have the opportunity to engage in different activities each week. Registration is open week-to-week to sign up for 1 or more sessions.
Suggested Ages: 6-11 (If you think this sounds like a good fit for your child and they are outside the suggested age, please email our Recreation Therapist to discuss).
Best Suited For: Participants who have the ability to follow instructions and understand the goal of the activities.
Note: Adapted yoga and mindfulness with a Physiotherapist and Recreation Therapist. Parents and Caregivers must stay in the program space to assist.
