Are You and Your Child Sleeping?
This workshop is aimed at sharing information about common sleep and settling difficulties & providing practical sleep strategies to help you and your child sleep better. The workshop will be led by a Behaviour Consultant & Social Worker in person and online (hybrid model). This workshop is only open to families with children who attend or have been clients of the Niagara Children’s Centre. This workshop is appropriate for families with children under the age of 12.
